Ahmed Fahmy is a distinguished Principal Consultant and Certified Trainer with over 33 years of international experience leading digital and business transformation initiatives across the Middle East, GCC, Europe, and North America. A specialist in bridging the gap between complex technology and business resilience, Ahmed focuses on high-growth sectors including Artificial Intelligence (LLM, ML, and NLP), Cybersecurity, and IT Service Management.

Throughout his career, Ahmed has held senior leadership roles, including Director of BPO Program Management at Raya Customer Experience, where he managed large-scale regional IT expansions. He is a recognized authority in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), having successfully led ISO certification projects for major governmental and private organizations.

Ahmed holds an MBA from ESLSCA Business School and a B.Sc. in Computer Science Engineering. He is a PECB Platinum Trainer with over 2,600 training hours and holds elite certifications including CISM, CISA, and Senior Lead Implementer status across multiple ISO standards.
