Seif Eldin
Seif Eldin Awni is a seasoned finance and investment professional with over 20 years of experience in capital markets, restructuring, governance, and strategic advisory across Egypt and the MENA region. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Elite Financial Consultancy House and currently serves as a Non-Executive Vice Chairman at Frontier Capital. Seif has led major mandates in M&A, valuation, and strategy for government entities, financial institutions, and private sector clients. His previous leadership roles include Managing Director at Post for Investment Co. and Wedian Securities Brokerage. He serves on multiple boards and investment committees, including Misr Life Insurance, MIDBank Funds, and the Investor Protection Fund. A trusted governance advisor, he has worked with institutions such as IFC, Hawkamah, and the Egyptian Institute of Directors, where he is a certified director and master trainer. Alongside his advisory work, Seif teaches finance and investment at several universities. He holds a PhD and MBA in Finance, an MSc in Finance & Investment, and multiple professional certifications in portfolio management, corporate governance, and financial analysis.
